It seems that we will have Tron 3 movie in 2012. Disney is going to turn the Throne: Legacy in a trilogy of science fiction. Blue Sky Disney announced that they are likely not to have part of a single film, but three, in one of Disney's attempt to repeat the success of Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy.Company's plans are even more elaborate than that. Tron will be transformed into an amusement park attraction in the famous Disneyland, in a reverse succession of Pirates.
Disney intends to create a animated television series covering events occurring between the original Tron movie, 1982, and the one which was launched in December. The show is scheduled for delivery starting in autumn 2011.
Continuing the success from 1982, Tron: Legacy has in the main role Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges). Sam is obsessed with the mystery behind the disappearance of his father and comes to be attracted to the same ruthless world of software and virtual games where you can lose your life at any moment.
