The fifth movie Final Destination will be directed by Steven Quale, who worked with James Cameron on Avatar, and Titanic, as assistant, announced Movieweb. Quale has directed, along with James Cameron, the documentary Aliens of the Deep.Eric Heisserer (A Nightmare on Elm Street - 2010) will write the screenplay for Final Destination 5 that will be released in theaters in August 2011. The new movie will be 3D. Last year it was released in theaters the first movie Final Destination 3D who has grossed over 180 million dollars, according to Box Office Mojo. The first Final Destination of the series was launched in 2000 and immediately won many fans. The following two movies have arrived in theaters in 2003 and 2006.
New "victims" were added to the cast of "Final Destination 5" - officially called 5nal Destination. David Koechner, Nicholas D'Agosto, P.J. Byrne and Ellen Wroe and Miles Fisher will join in the fifth part of the "lethal" franchise that centers on the idea that you can not cheat death.
Koechner (Get Smart!) will play one of the executives role, D'Agosto (Heroes) will be a tough guy who takes hard the decisions about his own life, Byrne will be a kleptomaniac, and Wroe will be the daughter of the executive who sees everything as a competition. Final Destination 5 is scheduled for release on August 26, 2011. Final Destination 5 trailer will be here as soon as possible.
